Dakings are independent
Chartered Surveyors. We prepare surveys and valuations on residential
properties in North Cambridgeshire, South Lincolnshire and East
Northamptonshire for institutional, corporate and private clients.
The majority of the surveys are carried out by Michael Daking
F.R.I.C.S. who joined the firm in 1967 and who has considerable
knowledge of the local property market. He is supported in these
activities by his business partner, Paul Kotowski F.R.I.C.S.
who also has over 35 years experience in this area.
Valuations are prepared for purchase, tax, probate, insurance,
matrimonial and other purposes.
We carry out a large number of surveys for prospective purchasers,
